B.L.I.S.S. from Portland blew through California in September 2024 and leveled all who came within their range. Despite being a 2 man band they deliver the sonic equivalent of a full band, leaving one to wonder what would they be like with two more members? Deep in Los Angeles they shredded at a backyard and blew minds. They have a demo up at bandcamp. Hopefully more touring and some vinyl in the future.
The Circulators, from San Francisco, played at Monty Bar on July 27,2 in downtown Los Angeles and ripped it up from start to finish.
It’s somewhat rare to see someone celebrating today’s bands. Usually people are wearing shirts, patches, or hand painted logos on their jackets of bands from the 1970s to the mid 1980s. This person’s jacket lists many of the heavy hitters that are happening right now.
